What is Kintsugi?

Kintsugi (金継ぎ) is the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, transforming cracks into something beautiful. In our corporate Kintsugi workshop, each participant repairs their own ceramic piece, symbolising resilience, reflection, and personal growth.
