Cancellation policy

Your proposal and booking confirmation will state the cancellation terms for that workshop. Those agreed terms take priority where they differ from this website summary.

Client cancellation

Deposits, purchased materials, non-refundable travel and committed third-party costs may not be recoverable. The amount retained depends on notice given and costs already committed.

Date changes

Artivian will try to move a confirmed booking where sufficient notice, tutor availability and venue arrangements allow. Additional committed costs may still apply.

Artivian cancellation

If Artivian cannot deliver because of tutor illness or another event within its control, we will offer a suitable replacement date or refund the workshop payments received for the undelivered service.

Final notice periods and refund percentages must be approved before payment links are enabled.
