Artivian CIC uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage bookings, process payments, deliver workshops and meet legal or accounting duties.

Information we collect

This can include your name, work contact details, organisation, workshop requirements, venue details, booking correspondence, payment status and consent choices. Card details are handled by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored by Artivian.

Who receives it

Information is limited to the Artivian team and service providers required for hosting, payment, calendar, communication and business administration. Confirmed financial records are reported securely to the private RJ Command Centre.

Marketing

Workshop enquiries and marketing consent are separate. You do not need to join marketing communications to request or book a workshop.

Your rights

You can ask about your information, request corrections or withdraw optional marketing consent through the contact page.
