Quotes and booking

A workshop is provisional until Artivian confirms the scope in writing and receives the payment specified in the proposal. Quotes state the workshop, participant number, duration, location, price, inclusions and payment schedule.

Client responsibilities

The client provides accurate participant and venue information, suitable access, tables and chairs, and any site-specific rules or induction requirements in time for Artivian to plan safely.

Participant numbers and changes

Material quantities and staffing are based on the confirmed participant number. Changes may affect the price and must be agreed in writing.

Safety and conduct

Participants follow facilitator instructions and venue safety requirements. Artivian can pause an activity where unsafe behaviour or unsuitable conditions make delivery unreasonable.
